I recently started training with Laz again as I had lost motivation and needed a kick start.

Laz makes getting back into training easy and more importantly fun and had helped me to increase my fitness, gain mass without increasing fat and improve my back mobility.

We have worked hard on technique to enable me to train hard again after a bad back injury and get me back into the routine of training. His infectious personality and wide range of knowledge keeps me motivated by mixing up routines, keeping it enjoyable and pushing me to perform.

I would highly recommend working out with Laz and relieving some stress on the pads!

I started training with Laz in the summer.

I had always played football and after having an ACL reconstruction I was left without the confidence to play football any longer but unsure of a new sport to take up.

Low on confidence and fitness, Laz has done wonders all around. He listens to what your goals are and you know he is invested in helping you get there. My fitness has increased massively, I am stronger and my confidence has also increased hugely.

I have been training with Laz now for nearly 8 months and have enjoyed every minute.

He is very professional, skilled, always positive and motivating (and sometimes funny!) We have goals that we want to hit, training with a mixture of Muay Thai and weights, he is good at mixing It up. Although I am no stranger to a gym, my knowledge of nutrition and the ‘right’ way to train has significantly improved since starting with Laz Fitness. We use a combination of Muay Thai and weight training in a bid to reduce body fat but by ensuring we remain strong and healthy. I have my own goals which I am working towards/hope to achieve by the end of the year with Laz’ help.

Laz is approachable, knowledgable and more importantly, he is fun! We get on so well and whilst he pushes you it’s like training with a friend which makes it so much easier to get up the enthusiasm to attend consistently.

I started training with Laz again and after a few sessions back I feel really motivated and energised. His training sessions are tough but enjoyable and he always mixes it up so that each session is different.

Laz has a great personality and he really cares for his clients, he is very helpful both in and out of the sessions and is always just a phone call away if you need anything.

I’ve been working with Laz over the last few months and I must say the energy he brings to the sessions is incomparable! His training is tough but he trains both your body and mind to be stronger session by session. Laz mixes up my sessions as I also have a boxing fight coming up. He is putting me through a strength and conditioning program along with added pad work drills, mobility and stretching. Laz has the best personality especially with me being a 19-year-old. We have a lot in common which can sometimes be hard to find.

Since the Covid-19 lock down started we’ve adapted to online training via Zoom. I must say if you think you’re not in for it, you’ll be shocked. The online sessions are just as hard as the 1-1 sessions, if not harder!
