I hope you know that the pad work training aspect of my work ethic and services I deliver is just one element of my brand. There is more to what I combine into my sessions, depending on the individual clients' lifestyle needs, goals, short, mid, and long-term targets are to achieve.

Strength & Conditioning training is also a massive passion I strongly believe in.

The foundations of having full-body mobility along with building muscle and athleticism with a functional full range of movement need to be regularly worked on for real long term health benefits. The way I look at it is we have to live in our bodies for the longevity of our lives and we need it to be in the best condition possible for a better quality of life, inside and outside of the gym.

I design various different types of exercise custom made programs for all my diverse mix of individual clients enhancing their strength endurance, explosive strength, maximum strength and speed strength to reach their natural potential in their own scheduled time to fit around their lifestyle. We set out their 12, 16, 24-week targets working towards their long term goal whether it will be for a wedding, holiday, competition or for themselves and their own personal reasons. The main reason should be to hold yourself accountable to good health no matter what, period!

As a competing athlete myself I always worked on my physique and strength & conditioning because I wanted to hit harder and train to a level that I could maintain strength endurance and stamina by hitting as hard as I could in round one all the way to round twenty whilst recovering faster than ever in between rounds. I have this same approach for every one of my students/clients. Like I said I train all levels and abilities at their own pace and from complete beginners, but my style, work ethic and service I provide speaks for itself. My aim is to bring athleticism out of you, and that will automatically provide you a clear path to your personal goals. From this point I will fine-tune your plan of action to direct you to your specific personal goal. You want to build muscle we will design and personally customise an exercise and nutrition plan and keep modifying as we go along the journey. In this health and fitness world one size doesn’t fit all. We are all individually different from one another with our unique chemistry and anatomical build. I will observe and assess your body movements (biomechanics), your lifestyle, your diet, your daily/weekly/monthly activity, your past and current training and all your health history.

I promise you that I can get you to an athletic fitness competition level and help you sustain it if you stick with me. It’s my passion and pleasure in life to build athleticism for all. My Strength & Conditioning approach I implement into sessions and customised programming is another asset to my knowledge and services I provide by improving general health coupled with a broader exercise routine, and good nutrition will have a significant positive effect on your overall health and wellbeing. I love to improve sporting performance, so whatever sport is your thing my sport-specific strengthening and conditioning programming will improve your speed, strength, agility, endurance and muscular strength giving you an advantage by setting the bar at a higher level of performance when participating in your chosen sport. However, you don’t need to be involved within a sport as I truly believe that strength & conditioning is essential for all levels and abilities in life and not only athletes, but all the general population too.

The amazing long term health benefits — like building healthy strong bones through regular weight-bearing exercise and strengthening work can do including helping to prevent osteoporosis and bone fractures. Additionally, stronger bones lead to a stronger musculoskeletal system, which allows you to exercise safely and avoid injury. Implementing this training system into your lifestyle will give you tremendous value to your health as you reach your 40's and 50's. I know I think about later life a lot; for example, going away on holidays with my grandchildren and just being able to keep up and living a better quality of life in general.

I commonly see a lot of poor spine alignment, meaning terribly bad posture in everyday life within the general population. I know first hand that proper muscle conditioning helps you lift and hold your body upright and as a result of which, your spine, joints, organs and whole body, will sit in better alignment. This is a massive added game-changer to living a better quality of life and preventing a catalogue of long-term health issues alone. Regular strength training leads to better muscle control and balance. As a result, you’re less likely to fall, and if you do fall again (as I explained above about injury prevention), your injury will be less severe and you’ll bounce back with a faster recovery.
