The styles from their homelands of origin are Karate Shotokan - Japan, Kickboxing from a Chinese style - Shaolin Kickboxing Club that I hold a registered 1st Degree Black Belt under, Muay Thai - Thailand, along with added western style boxing. I have trained with some of the best high ranked coaches, fighters and teams around the UK and the world at a top-class level.

All my clients and students I have coached over the years have come from all levels and abilities, meaning any age, gender, background from a professional athlete to a complete beginner that has never ever trained a day in their life before. Whether you’re preparing to face an opponent in the ring or not, you’ll be using every muscle throughout the workout; your back and shoulders supporting every punch, using balance muscles while kicking on one leg, and not to mention engaging your core with every strike as well as defensive movement, will develop muscle, strengthening, conditioning and toning your body in all areas.
